WELCOME TO DUNLAP GRADE
Fifth Grade
Fifth grade has many opportunities for the students to participate in like band, orchestra, and chorus. Other items like our field trips to Lakeview for Starwalk, the Hult Center, and an opportunity to visit Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama, are very exciting. Information about Space Camp will be coming soon.
The Dunlap Grade School Club provides each student with an assignment book. This is a great tool to keep students organized throughout the year. Please make sure to check your child's assignment notebook each night. It is the best way for you to stay informed about where we are in each subject. I will be signing the books each night through the first quarter and hope that you will also. After that, we will encourage the students to be responsible for their assignments more on their own. Hopefully, they will find the notebooks helpful and continue to use them daily.
