Again this year we will be using the accelerated reader program to encourage each child to read. The students read books labeled accelerated reader and then may take tests on each book. The students may "spend" their points around Christmas and then again in the spring. At the end of the year, if the students as a whole meet the set point goal, each child will be able to attend the end of the year movie.
