Drawing Project 5: Disney Vintage Postcard
- Design Problem
- Create a vintage, or antique, style postcard for Disney World using
the Drawing Project 5 template with six photographs and two clip art images.

color printer when it is finished.

- Create Emphasis (word "DISNEY" is the FOCAL POINT)
- DISNEY letters: Created from WordArt with a picture fill effect using a photograph from the
Disney Photo Gallery
- Negative space (background): Includes a two clip art images from the Clip Art Gallery, a rectangle filled with gradient, drawings of Mickey and Cinderellas's castle
- Positive space (foreground): Focal point fills 75 percent of the postcard
- Produce Rhythm (repetition of fill effects, colors, and shapes)
- Repeated shapes are created by the WordArt letters
- Repeated fill effects
- Use colors from the Unit 8 Notes Worksheet
- Image quality of the six photographs that are used
- Image quality of the two clip art images that are used
- Achieve Balance (symmetric design)
- Placement of WordArt word "DISNEY"
- Placement of words in the designer font at the top left and bottom right corners
