Mr. Wayne Miller's 6th grade class has been corresponding (via letters and e-mail) with 2nd Lt. Geoff Gorsuch while he was in Afghanistan on a mission with the United States Army. He visited Dunlap Middle School Tuesday, Feb. 11 with his mom who is a teacher at Ridgeview Elementary. Geoff talked about life in Afghanistan and described some of his unique experiences while serving in the Middle East. Geoff also received a Bronze Star - there will be a news release in the near future as to why he received the honor. Return to DMS Home Page
