KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL GROUP PROJECT

1. Establish a Team Identity- brainstorm ideas on how you want others to see your team and make a team name and poster.

2. Determine your Strengths- talk about what each of you does well. Ask how each member can contribute using their best traits.

3. Create a Team Goal- What does your team want to accomplish? What should the finished product look like?

4. Make a Timeline- discuss as a group when things should be done. Make a timeline with due dates and stick to it.

5. Assign Roles- establish roles of the team mambers. Who is the creator? the researcher? the coordinator? the editor? the finisher

6. Practice, Practice, Practice- rehearse your presentation. Do your presentation several times. You should KNOW your material.

7. Have Fun- if you enjoy your presentation, it shows. Confidence inspires your audience!!!
