Part I:

Using blue or black ink, write in the Atomic Symbol for all elements. Use the periodic table in the Assignment notebook!

Part III:

Using red ink, write in the Atomic mass for all elements. The mass must be written with an occupied tenths spot. Use the periodic table in the Assignment notebook!

Part IV:

Using three different colored pencils, color the solids, liquids and gases on the periodic table. Color them based on which state of matter they exist at room temperature. Use the periodic table on the back cover of your textbook.

Part V:

Using three different colored fine point Sharpies, trace around the outside of the metals, metalloids and non-metals on the periodic table. Use the periodic table in the Assignment notebook.

Part VI

At the bottom of your Periodic Table, list the following families and 2-3 characteristics for each: Alkali, Alkaline Earth, Transitions, Halogens and The Noble or Inert Gases. Label each family on the Periodic table with the symbol of your choice!

Part VII

Make a legend for your Periodic Table. It should be at the top in the middle between Hydrogen and Helium and above the Transitions Metals!
