Directions for How to Navigate Your Way Through the Find a Home Weblink

1. Click on Find a Home

2. Click on a state from the US map

3. Click on a city from the state you chose

4. Choose an area

5. Select an area of the city you would like to live in

6. Select Criteria and Preferences for your house

7. Click search

8. Choose a house from what is listed

9. Click mortgage calculator- this will calculate your monthly payment assuming a 20% down payment on a 30 year mortgage at the current interest rate.

10. Press Ctrl-P to get a print out to prove that your house selection works with your budget.  Make sure it does work before you print it out.
