Greetings from the Parents’ Club!!
If you are the parent of a student at Dunlap High School, then you are a member of the DHS Parents’ Club! Each family should have filled out a Parent’s Club form (Directory Order/volunteer sign-up) during mail in registration. The DHS Parents’ Club provides volunteer services and financial support to the students and staff at Dunlap High School. If you have found that you are able to help out in any way this year PLEASE don’t hesitate to call one of the Board Members listed below.
There are a variety of ways to be involved ranging from baking goodies or serving with the Hospitality Committee, to working on our fundraisers (Directory Sales). With your involvement and support we can continue to keep DHS one of the top high schools in Illinois!
When and Where are Parents’ Club meetings?
Everyone is welcome to attend the Parents’ Club meetings which are held on the first Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm in the DHS Town Center.
Parent Volunteer Opportunities and their Committee Chairs
Directory
Helps with collecting information for placement in the directory and assembling of the directory
Hospitality
Assists with the different events in the school by providing baked goods or beverages for the various activities
Staff Appreciation
Provides treats for the Staff Appreciation events during the year
Telephone
Provides calling assistance when in need of volunteers
Ornament Fundraiser
Welcoming
Puts together Welcome packs for newcomers to the district.
