Dunlap Eagles Athletic Boosters Funding Requirements

Dunlap Boosters funds all types of Dunlap athletic team needs. We request that you email your request to our four Allocation Committee members and come to a Booster meeting to present your request. Requests can be handled by an individual or through your Team Parent Representative or Coach. We ask that your request state:

Which team the item is for

Will the item benefit more than just your team

Approximate cost and supplier

Who will be purchasing the item

Who will be doing the work if applicable

When is this item needed

**As a note, we no longer purchase team sport bags. Also, submitting a request is not a guarantee that your item will be chosen for funding.

• $6,100 for new gym wall mats. 8/09
• $2,000 for new tennis spectator area, new shed with concrete base, grading for water. 8/09
• $800 for new video camera and software for viewing game footage for all sports. 9/09
• $500 for new ISHA soccer balls because new contract given to a different manufacturer. 2/09
• $795 softball indoor hitting net. 2/09
• $800 tennis windscreens 2/09
• $500 Dunlap logo golf balls for both teams match play. 2/09
• $1400 for new popcorn machine for concessions. 1/09
• $3226 to the Alex Shelton benefit. 10/08
• $2000 for outdoor stencils to mark outdoor fields. 3/08
• For the 2008 – 2009 school year each team was given $600 from Boosters except for football and cross country who each received $800.
