605 GENERAL SCIENCE (BSAA)

Length of Course:  One year

Credit Granted:  One-half credit per semester

Prerequisite:  None

Offered To:  Freshmen

General Science is a freshman level science course.  General Science will cover the three major areas of science with an emphasis on physical science while exploring earth science or biological science.  The students will learn techniques of science that will give them the fundamentals necessary to be successful in later science courses.  General Science will count for the physical science requirement necessary for future science class prerequisites.  The students will proceed to Biology their sophomore year.
