Who is Mrs. Welsh?

I would like to introduce myself. This is my 16th year of teaching and my second year at Banner Elementary. I have my B.S. in Elementary Education and Special Education. I also have my M.A. in Reading. I am very proud to be part of the Banner faculty and looking forward to a great year with your child.

At home my husband and I have five children ranging from college-age to toddlers. We stay busy with our children.
