Mrs. Segler's 5th grade
I am very excited to be teaching your child this year! This is my sixth year teaching fifth grade at Banner. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to teach in such a wonderful school district.
I have a wonderful family that I love to spend time with. My husband, Dane, my three year old son, Jackson, and my one year old son, Jace, are the light of my life. They keep me very busy when I am not at Banner!
Of course, I root for none other than the fabulous Chicago Cubs. I catch some slack from Cardinal fans when the see pictures of Jackson and Jace in their "Cubbie Blues". They think I am setting him up for a lifetime of disappointment, when really I am just teaching them how to lose gracefully at a very early age!
The support I get from my family, friends, and Banner students and parents is amazing. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to cross paths with so many wonderful people each year.
