Welcome to Banner Elementary School. It is a privilege and honor to serve as Principal of such an exciting community of learners where we have created a tradition of academic excellence. Banner Elementary is one of four elementary schools in the Dunlap Community School District #323. Currently, we house just over 500 Kindergarten – 5th grade students.
“Engaging all learners to prepare them for the 21st Century” is our primary mission. The Banner staff is dedicated to creating a quality learning environment dedicated to continuous improvement. Check out our School Improvement tab for more information on continuous improvement.

We adhere to R.E.S.P.E.C.T. (Responsibility, Etiquette, Safety, Pride, Encouragement, Character, Team Effort) core values at Banner where we teach students how to become responsible citizens. Students are recognized for displaying our RESPECT values each week.
