Just like we have a District Leadership Team and School Leadership Teams, we also have our support staff connected to our strategic plan through the formation of Support Services Leadership Teams. Our teams represent the Technology Department, Food Service Department, Custodial Department and the Transportation Department.
These teams are also aligning their work to the District strategic plan through the creation of their own Plan on Page, Mission Statements, SMART goals, Balanced Scorecards and Data Displays to track their progress.
The resources below support the teams in their continuous improvement efforts.
