To model teamwork, collaboration and shared leadership, the District has initiated a District Leadership Team. The purpose of the District Leadership Team is to provide oversight and the “voice of the customer” during the implementation of the 3-5 year District Strategic Plan.
The role of the team is to:

Set and communicate direction for the District through the implementation of the strategic plan

Monitor the Strategic Plan implementation

Monitor the District Dashboard measures in the Balanced Scorecard

Provide stakeholder input
Tasks that the team is working on:

Review District action plans that are aligned to key goals and strategies of the strategic plan

Review the District Balanced Score Card and monitor progress of the strategic plan

Provide feedback and input on strategic planning initiatives

Ensure transparency and accountability of the strategic plan through teamwork, collaboration and shared leadership
